At Underpaid Collective, every product is made to order through verified production and logistics partners. This allows us to maintain product quality while ensuring responsible and sustainable manufacturing.


📍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most serviceable locations across India.

Orders placed for locations that are not serviceable by courier partners may be cancelled and fully refunded.


⏳ Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Processing days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Once processed, orders are prepared for dispatch through our logistics partners.


🚚 Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier partner operations.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

• Remote delivery locations
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Courier partner delays
• Operational or logistical disruptions

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link.


💳 Payment Options

We support:

• Prepaid payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes

For COD orders, payment is collected by the courier partner at the time of delivery.


📦 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (including any applicable COD charges) are calculated based on delivery location and courier partner rates. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Free or promotional shipping offers (if applicable) will be automatically applied at checkout.


📦 Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to origin.


📦 Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Orders returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailability during delivery attempts
• Order refusal at delivery

may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch. Refund eligibility for such cases will be reviewed based on courier confirmation.


🚚 Shipping Delays

Once an order is dispatched, shipment handling is managed by third-party courier partners. Underpaid Collective is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, natural disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist customers in coordinating with courier partners to resolve delivery-related concerns.


📦 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation or tracking status update.

Replacement or refund (if applicable) will be processed after verification and courier partner confirmation.


❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible as items are custom manufactured.
