Let's be honest. This started in a 2 BHK apartment in Delhi at 1 AM. After another "urgent" project that wasn't urgent. After another meeting where we nodded and smiled while dying inside. After another month where the salary hit the account and we thought, "Is this it? Is this what my degree was for?"

We looked around. Everyone was feeling it. The underpayment. The overwork. The fake "we're a family" culture while they squeeze every drop out of you. And nobody was talking about it. Everyone was just... surviving.

So we said screw it. Let's talk about it.
